Kampong Chhnang football side Rithy Sen will face the Ministry of Interior team this morning in Battambang to contest the final of the Division A1 playoffs. Both sides confirmed their promotion to the Metfone C-League on Friday with wins in their semifinals. Rithy Sen edged Phouchung Neak 2-0, while Ministry of Interior trounced Oddar Meanchey 8-1. In the third place playoff yesterday, Oddar Meanchey beat Phouchung Neak 4-2.
