Stolen necklace traded for shiny new bracelets

Possibly thinking it would look better on one of them, two men on Sunday were charged with stealing a young girl’s necklace near Phnom Penh’s Wat Phnom.

The victim had just purchased a necklace for her daughter and set it down beside her on a bench when the duo sidled up next to her and snatched it.

Police quickly nabbed the suspects and sent them to court. DEUM AMPIL
