Traffic stop bad news for pair of recidivists

Two ex-cons – one released from prison just three days ago – could be facing jail time again after being busted in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district on Sunday.

Police said they stopped the duo after spotting them driving a moto with no plates. After searching them, the cops turned up a small packet of meth and a tool used for breaking motorbike locks.

The men reportedly said they only planned to take the drugs, not sell them, but police hauled them in anyway. NOKORWAT
