Wedding dance gets off on decidedly wrong foot

Stop us if you’ve heard this one before. A wedding party brawl in Kratie on Saturday night began where many similar disputes originate: the dance floor.

One of the suspects allegedly stepped on another’s foot while dancing, but did not apologise, police said.

The scene escalated into a four-man fight, which cleared the dance floor of frightened guests. Police arrived on scene to intervene, but had to take the four injured fighters to a nearby hospital, before detaining them at the police station. DEUM AMPIL
