A 29-year-old man was arrested after he helped mug a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint on Tuesday.

Police reported that two men approached the victim as she returned from a market and scared her into giving them the $10 she had on her.

Unfortunately for the thieves, nearby police witnessed the robbery and managed to arrest one while the other escaped DEUM AMPIL
