Biography: 

David Boyle has worked over the years variously as a reporter, web editor, managing editor and digital media director of the Post since he joined the paper in 2010. He has primarily focused on politics, land rights, deforestation and human rights. Previously David worked as a video editor before completing a diploma of journalism at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. He has worked as a stringer for ABC Radio and has also produced work for Associated Press, the Japanese Broadcasting Association (NHK), Fairfax Media (The Age) and the Bangkok Post. David has won more than half a dozen international or regional awards. He religiously follows his Australian football team and likes a variety different creative pursuits.
