UNITED Kingdom-based Cable and Wireless Worldwide has won a two-year contract from Axiata, the owners of Cambodian mobile provider Hello, to build and manage a new internet protocol network for the firm based in Singapore. The firm claims to provide connectivity to 153 nations through its existing infrastructure network, according to a press release.
