(“PR Cam”) by the Power of Attorney dated 02 March 2022, are honoured to announce to the public that PR Cam is still the authorized exclusive distributor for importing and distributing in Cambodia the products of alcoholic beverages bearing the below-listed trademark from the trademark owner’s company as indicated below:
Accordingly, please kindly be informed of our official announcement and cease doing parallel import and/or distributing parallel imported goods bearing the above trademark from the issuance date of the Extended Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution as stated in the letter attached herewith. We shall reserve our right to take legal action against other parties who have violated the exclusive right of PR Cam which results in harmful consequences to its business activities.
