GDT delays extends its deadline for property tax

The General Department of Taxation announced that it has extended the property tax payment deadline until the end of October, a month beyond its traditional end-of-September deadline.

The GDT also noted that the extension will allow for property owners to adequately declare their taxes before facing legal penalties.
