Chef’s request a recipe for disaster for nephew

Money, revenge, family and fate came to a soap-operatic head in Poipet on Wednesday with a brutal attack on a casino security guard. Police said a chef at the casino, busy at work, sent his security guard nephew to his house to pick up some money he owed to a relative.

Arriving at the house, however, the young man was approached by six ill-intentioned men. He tried to flee, but the men attacked him with stones and a cleaver. Police suspect the men were waiting to exact vengeance on the chef. CAMBODIA EXPRESS NEWS
