1. Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer (1 Position, reports to CEO)
The role holder will be accountable to the bank for ensuring profitable asset growth by maintaining credit quality in line with agreed business strategies and with the bank’s credit principles, whilst developing credit risk capability in CP Bank. The role will also provide CP Bank oversight of Compliance and Operational risks, and market risk exposures.
Key accountabilities will include providing specialist consulting and credit support to ensure credit customers are acquired and well managed, assessing credit applications submitted from account relationship managers as a result of limits sought being beyond their discretion, identifying market and country-specific factors that impact risk and credit profile, and acting as the primary point of risk management capability for CP Bank.
Qualifications: The gravity of the role demands candidates with intensive credit and risk management experience with an excellent analytical, influencing and problem solving skill to analyse business requirement and identify risks and impacts as well as possible solutions and corrective actions. Candidate should also have confidence in seeking pro-active credit alternatives to ensure credit quality and acceptability. Tertiary Qualifications in a business related field will be preferred.
2. Legal & Company Secretary (1 Position, reports to CEO)
The role will perform legal/regulatory compliance activities for the bank. Key accountabilities will include designing, implementing and maintaining a high quality compliance programs for CP Bank as well as to promote a culture that enables CP Bank to efficiently meet its regulatory obligations and bank policies. This is not limited to assess legal advice for business in regard to issues relating to the bank’s daily operations and provide effective recommendations and implementation of compliant solutions.
Qualifications: The gravity of the role demands candidates with thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services, preferably gained through at least 3 years of general banking experience. Graduate lawyer with excellent legal background both Cambodia and International (3-5 years experiences in a large law firm) will be preferred. Interpersonal, excellent written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and organizing skills with ability to provide commercially oriented advices will be mandatory.
3. Head of Marketing and Products Development (1 Position, reports to CEO)
The role holder will be accountable for new financial products initiative and lead the financial services policies and procedures to ensure that they are compliant with law/regulations, having enough risk protection tools, comprehensive, competitive, and timely developed. Formulate appropriate sales strategy and monitor/control the sales plan/budget/projection of all financial services to ensure that they comply with guidelines, accuracy of formulation, and well respond to Cambodia Post Bank’s annual budget.
Qualifications: The gravity of the role demands candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience of products/ business development at management level with commercial banks, experience of writing policies and procedures. The role also requires candidate with sales management skill, project management, strong analytical skill, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
