On august 29, KT Pacific Group and LiXin Group agreed to join forces to form the company CEO KT Pacific to invest in construction projects in Phnom Penh. Their first international commercial housing project will be called “CEO Pacific”, and will be located in central Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district. The development project near the Olympic City is in the heart of the capital’s commercial centre, which also houses the Council of Ministers, the National Assembly, Vattanac Bank, Canadia Bank and the Parkson Mall. The CEO KT Pacific project consists of a 33-floor commercial and residential building. The building’s design includes curved steel in the shape of clouds on the roof-top and modern furnishings. It has several meeting rooms with different capacities, and there is a convention centre in the building with the capacity to hold 85 people. The building is also home to banquet rooms, restaurants featuring local art and culture, a rooftop swimming pool, a party room, a spa and 360 degree views of the city from a sky jogging track. It’s a truly 5-star experience. CEO KT Pacific has designed the building to take the best possible care of its customers and guests. Photos by Heng Chivon
