BigPhone, the first foreign brand of the biggest retailer in Vietnam, Mobile World, is set to open its 10th store in mid-2018 in Cambodia. Established in June 2017, Bigphone now has five stores in Phnom Penh and the retailer plans to add five more by mid-2018 to round out its presence in the capital. Bigphone services include free-of-charge music and game setup services, product recall within one month due to technical faults, instalment plans for customers and the collection of used products.
