The event organised by Ventech Asia Group, a multinational ICT infrastructure services provider, headquartered in Singapore with its branch in Phnom Penh.
A half-day forum themed “Robust ICT infrastructure for Growth” was held on 7, December 2018 at the Raffles Le Royal Hotel, which also witnessed the first launch of Indochina ICT Forum (IIF) founded by Ventech Asia’s founder and CEO, Mr Nguyen Tan Kiet.
More than 100 international participants, including local professionals from the ICT industry, several global manufacturers such as APC by Schneider Electric, Comm Scope and BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International Inc), shared their insights with audiences from around the region.
The key goals of the forum are to create a platform for cooperation, collaboration and to connect Indochina countries’ ICT community, including ICT experts, manufacturers and consultants, within and beyond, to bridge the technical gap, promote growth and well-being of societies through a robust ICT sector.
According to its founder Nguyen Tan Kiet, the forum will be held annually, on Friday in the first week of December in the capitals of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. These cities will host the event in rotation.
