The capital’s food and beverage (F&B) industry carried out a charity campaign last week to assist those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Culinary associations, restaurants, hoteliers, chefs and volunteers took part in the two-day cooking activity in which 410 food packages – with each able feed up to eight – were prepared. Mudhita Foundation founder Her Royal Highness Samdech Preah Anoch Norodom Arunrasmy also participated in the preparation of the food. The charity drive was headed by Cambodian Tourism Federation president and Almond Hospitality Group CEO Luu Meng. PHOTOS SUPPLIED
