The first Béton Block & Pave cement factory in Cambodia opened in Oudong, 30 kilometres north of Phnom Penh, to create French-standard cement products. The factory will use a high-end French press block machine to manufacture concrete products for the Cambodian construction market. “Our products will match international standard requirements. Our goal is to bring new construction materials and new techniques that will improve construction in Cambodia in terms of time, labour and safety,” said CEO of Béton Block & Pave, Serge Pak.
