Phnom Penh Post - Grand Opening of Hotel Lumiere

On March 9, the Lumiere Hotel held its grand opening, and is now ready to welcome business and leisure travellers to its 88 rooms. Lumiere, located on Street 228, also offers two drinking and dining options: the Bean Scene Café, which serves fresh brewed coffee as well as pastries and desserts; and a rooftop bar called Illuma Tapas & Lounge, which serves tapas and cocktails. Illuma also boasts both indoor and outdoor seating and views across teh city. The restaurant and cafe will be operated by award-winning restaurateur David Chiv of Digby’s Bar & Grill.
