Mr. Kim Pagna, Country Director of the AIP Foundation commented “We are honored by the Dragons of Asia for the awards bestowed upon our road safety public service announcement video The Road Killer. Winning a Silver Dragon Award for Best Use of Public Relations and a Black Dragon Award for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign are wonderful achievements for Havas Champagne and AIP Foundation. We would like to thank the Cambodian government for their support and advice during the campaign development. We would also like to thank Havas Champagne for their outstanding creative work towards realizing our vision.”

This is a significant endorsement as it reinforces the importance of our work with young people in Cambodia.”
Dannith Oung, Managing Director of Havas Champagne, had this to say, “It’s truly gratifying to capture those rare dragons for Cambodia. These awards show the importance of creativity and effectiveness for campaigns that matters to our developing country.
