Imagine a tiny chef who can cook your meals on your plate with a touch of his magic wand.
That's what you can now experience at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, the luxury hotel in the heart of the capital, as it hosts Le Petit Chef, the world's smallest chef and the first of its kind experience in Cambodia.
Starting on May 15, 2023, Le Petit Chef is an immersive, visual dining experience that features a 2.5-inch animated French cook who "prepares" your meals on your plate with the help of 3D projection mapping.
The show is created by the artists at Skullmapping and has been featured in more than 35 locations around the world and on Celebrity's luxury cruise ships.
Guests will be able to enjoy a five-course gastronomical menu inspired by the chef's "travels" around the world, accompanied by themed music, vibrant lighting and interactive storytelling.
The menu includes dishes such as Canadian lobster, Hokkaido scallop, grilled steak and mussel crouton.
"We are thrilled to bring Le Petit Chef to Phnom Penh for the first time and offer our guests a unique and memorable fun dining experience that combines technology, art and cuisine.
"This is a perfect opportunity to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a fun night out with family and friends," said Juan Mercadante, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.
Le Petit Chef is be Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh The Attic every Wednesday to Monday, with the first show starting at 6pm and a second at 8pm.
