On March 14, food importer Lactalis International hosted a cocktail event at Raffles Hotel Le Royal to show attendees the what the company called the “elite craftsmanship” of French cheese. Participants could enjoy delicious French cheese platters presented by Xavier Thuret, known as France’s “Ambassador for Cheese” and the winner of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, which is awarded for superior craftsmanship.
