A Michelin-star chef, Christian Etienne, held a Truffle Dinner on June 23 at Topaz Restaurant in Phnom Penh. Etienne gained his experience in Paris in establishments such as the famous Ritz and the Intercontinental. He has been admired by critics and acknowledged by his peers for the past twenty years and he has been an active member of the prestigious association of Master Chefs of France, which includes among its members some of the leading lights of French gastronomy. On Thursday, June 23, guests were treated to a six-course truffle signature menu specially created by the Master Chef in the most spectacular French restaurant of Cambodia.
