Phnom Penh Post - A Michelin-starred dinner by Chef Benoit Vidal @ Topaz restaurant

On Thursday, June 21, Topaz restaurant invited Chef Benoit Vidal, who boasts two Michelin stars, to conduct a magnificent six-course menu that sang with sublime harmonies and incredible flavours.

In a very refreshing take, Chef Vidal united the instincts of the mountains and Mediterranean with extraordinary effect. Vidal also trained the Topaz team in techniques, methods and skills to create his dishes with high standards. Photos by Hong Menea
