The Phnom Penh Post and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will pave the way for a strong collaboration in promoting the growth of the Kingdom’s securities market. SECC director-general HE Sou Socheat and Post Media publisher and CEO Ly Tayseng jointly inked the MoU at the signing ceremony held at the SECC’s headquarters in Tuol Kork last Friday. Around 20 representatives from both organisations attended the event, which was followed by a luncheon. The Phnom Penh Post’s executive editor-in-chief Joshua Purushotman and chief operating officer James Ong Soon Teck also attended the event. Photos Hean Rangsey
