Prasac Microfinance institution vowed to continue its efforts to promote a reading culture among young students by providing library facilities across the country. At an event held to commemorate the National Reading Day on March 11, Prasac senior vice-president Say Song said the company has mapped out plans, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, to build libraries, train librarians and provide books for students at rural schools.
