. Sourcing, screening and selecting local candidates for Phnom Penh
. Preparation, relocation and new hire process for expats coming to Phnom Penh
. Welcoming new employees and coordinating induction
. Assist Global HR Manager is training preparation, coordination of training programs, follow-up and feedback
. Space planning for Phnom Penh office
. Working contracts: preparation of local and international contracts according to collective agreement, checking and confirming trial periods, contract renovations, welcoming new employees.
. Legal consultancy: grievance handling, settling of disputes, handling disciplinary cases, collective bargaining
. Assistance in obtaining work permits and health checks
. Annual review and renewal of expat and local health and accident insurance, including submission and closure of staff claim cases
. Writing company policies that server our Company and staff, and comply with Cambodian labour law
. Promoting equality and preventing discrimination locally
. Assistance in staff events
. Presence in events to promote the company locally
. Preparation of annual public holidays
. Managing a team of 1-2 people (assistants)
ESSENTIAL ROLE RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AT SELECTION
. Minimum 5 years work experience leading HR department for 50+ staff organization
. 2-3 year experience developing and evolving HR policy
. Demonstrated ability to organize set and implements priorities, manage multiple tasks, and evaluate performance
. Exceptional interpersonal, empathy, integrity
. Strong analytical skills especially in human behaviour
. Great communication skills, fluency in English, multi-lingual a plus
. Familiarity with and ability to apply Cambodian labour law and working with the Ministry of Labour
. Experience working in diverse and multi-cultural work environment
. Strong Excel and Word skills
