The Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (Caritas-CCAMH), a public-private partnership between the Ministry of Health, Royal Government of Cambodia and Caritas Cambodia an INGO, aspires to build the capacity of professionals working among children with special needs. Caritas-CCAMH seeks qualified, suitable candidates to work with children and families at Chumneas Referral Hospital, Takhmau, Kandal province.
Child mental health physician
Child and adolescent mental health physician is a professional working among children with neuro-psychiatric (e.g. epilepsy, tics), developmental (e.g. autism, mental retardation) and psychological (e.g. psychosis, anxiety) problems.
• Recognized degree in pediatrics/psychiatry/general medicine
• A minimum of two years of work-experience in the relevant field, particularly with children
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Khmer and English
• Commitment to work for a period of three years and motivated to learn on the job
On the job-coaching will be given by expatriate professionals
