Plan is an international humanitarian child-centred community development (CCCD) organisation, without religious, political or government affiliation and is one of the oldest and largest international development agencies in the world and is active over 70 countries. Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified consultants for the assignments below:
 
Consultancy for National Influencing Strategy (Consultant)
The consultant will be responsible to lead the study on power and policy analysis related to sector Child Protection, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), Sexual Reproductive Health Right (SRHR), and Girls Lead. The consultant will review and finalize the drafted national influencing strategy of four core program areas such as Protection, WASH, ECCD, SRHR and Girls Lead. Moreover, consultant will also develop the national influencing strategy of Plan International Cambodia with consideration of results of power and policy analysis, SDGs, Plan’s global strategy and Plan International Cambodia’s country strategy as well as the influencing strategy of four main programs influencing strategy.
 
Consultancy for Safe School Impact Assessment (Consultant)
The consultant will be responsible for leading research team to design research methods, develop the tools, and collecting primary data at national and sub-national level. Moreover, the consultant will also be responsible for collecting primary and secondary data relevant to the study including the consultation with Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and relevant government agencies and NGOs at sub-national and national level, data entry, data analysis, and report writing including the presentation of initial findings to the research team.
 
Consultancy for Research on Attitude and behaviour of Indigenous Communities (Consultant)
The consultant will be responsible for leading research team to design research methods, develop the tools, and collecting primary data at national and sub-national level. Moreover, the consultant will also be responsible for collecting primary and secondary data relevant to the study including the consultation with relevant government agencies and NGOs at sub-national and national level, data entry, data analysis, and report writing including the presentation of initial findings to the research team.
