External Consultant(s) to conduct final project evaluation and end-line survey   The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) is a Cambodian non-profit and non-government organisation. API is a leading advocacy capacity building institution, working on promoting access to information, decentralization and policy dialogue. Currently, API implements the project “Promoting Rights, Voices, Choices and decisions for Citizens (Pro-Citizens)” funded by Bread for The World (BfdW) and DanChurch Aid (DCA) in the period of 2016-2019.
