External evaluation of Forum Syd´s Green Ownership Programme in Cambodia 2017 - 2019
Forum Syd is a Swedish politically and religiously unaffiliated non-profit organisation, with 140 member organizations from Swedish civil society. Forum Syd works towards a just and sustainable world through its regional hubs, country offices, and partner organizations around the globe.
Forum Syd have had an office in Cambodia since 1995, with a focus on increasing the capacity of civil society partners and local communities. The current program in Cambodia, Green Ownership, aims to contribute to the empowerment of rights-holders to access, control and sustainably use natural resources and to build grassroots climate change resilience.
Forum Syd currently works with eleven partner organizations in the areas of fishery, forestry, and land rights. The partners, in turn, work with communities around Cambodia that rely on small-scale fishery, forestry, and agriculture to survive. Forum Syd’s work is based on the rights-based approach and includes Forum Syd’s own methodology Right(s) Way Forward.
Forum Syd is now looking for an external consultant to conduct an Outcome Harvesting evaluation to identify positive and negative, intended and unintended changes resulting from the Green Ownership Program from March 1, 2017 through September 30, 2019.
The tenders should be submitted to Forum Syd via email to [email protected] at the latest September 23rd, 2019. Questions concerning the tender can be posed to Lars Mannberg, Country Manager, Forum Syd Cambodia [email protected].
