The World Bank Cambodia Country Office is seeking to hire a National Consultant to support the qualitative data analysis for the H-EQIP Impact Evaluation of Service Delivery Grants to Improve Quality of Health Care Delivery in Cambodia.
Scope of work
The primary responsibility of the consultant will be to support the World Bank impact evaluation task team in conducting midline and endline qualitative data analysis and report writing as follows:
a. Translate midline transcripts from Khmer to English
b. Conduct quality checks on the endline transcripts and translations submitted by the data collection firm
c. Assist with coding and analysis of both midline and endline data
d. Support report writing and policy briefs
e. Liaise with relevant government or local partners as needed on aspects relevant to the research
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• English and Khmer language. Fluent written and spoken
• Experience in conducting qualitative research and data analysis, preferably with written outputs
• At least some familiarity with quality assurance processes within qualitative research and with qualitative data collection
