Final Project Evaluation

 

“Enhancing Institutional and Operational Capacities
of the Provincial Associations of Local Councils”
Jointly implemented by
Association ofLocal Council in Pursat, Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) and Aide et Action (AEA)

 
From January 2019 to December 2021, Association of Municipal, District, Commune, Sankat Councils of Pursat Province (AMDCSPUR); Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) and Aide et Action (AEA) and, under the financial support of EU and others, will implement the project entitled “Enhancing Institutional and Operational Capacities of the Provincial Associations of Local Councils” that aim to strengthen the institutional and operational capacities of Association of local councils (ALCs) and their members in six target provinces to contribute to promote accountability, transparency and responsiveness to citizens and vulnerable groups’ needs.
 
We are looking for a consultant who is able and willing to undertake a final evaluation of the project. The task involves a good amount of field work in the six provinces(Pursat, Banteay Meanchey, Kampong Speu, Kampong Thom, Kandal, and Kep) where this initiative has been implemented.
