Plan International Cambodia is looking for a qualified consultants and candidate for the consultancies and the position below: 1000 Days Project Baseline Study: Food Security and Increasing Resilience to Improve Mother and Child Health in 51 Villages in Stung Streng (Consultant) The purposes of the study are the followings: •Collect and analyse data for all project Outcome and Output indicators, with the statement and definition of each (indicator) mentioned in the table in section 3.1 of the TOR and/or Annex 1: 1000Day Project Result Framework (PRF). •Prepare the baseline study report with strategic recommendations, in light of the findings, for effective project implementation on a sustainable way. Equality and Non-Discrimination (EQND) for Cambodia Rural Sanitation and Hygiene Improvement Program (CRSHIP) (National Consultant) The purpose of this position is to facilitate and introduce programming designed to ensure CRSHIP is inclusive, non-discriminatory, and is supportive of the most vulnerable people in the program areas. This requires a combination of integration of equality focused interventions in CRSHIP implementation together with linked capacity on the ground to implement changes. It also includes support on the monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and processes to ensure it captures EQND changes. The incumbent will work with the Team Leader, CRSHIP team and key stakeholders to deepen and widen the work on equality and inclusion in sanitation and hygiene helping them to integrate equality into service delivery in a practical and scalable manner. The responsibilities of the position may evolve based on the emerging needs of the partners and Program. Child Protection Specialist (This position is fixed-term contract, based at Country Office) The Child Protection Specialist will lead, manage and ensure the technical quality, consistency, and integration of Child Protection programming of Plan International Cambodia, including the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs to ensure they are aligned with Plan Influencing Approach (PIA), Program Quality and Influencing Procedures (PQIP), Country Strategy (CS), Regional and Global strategy. He/she will also promote Plan International’s profile through networking and influencing/advocating in scaling up best practice with key development players in Cambodia.
