CHAI seeks a dynamic, driven individual with broad experience in program and operations management to join the leadership team of CHAI’s office in Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, the Deputy Country Director (DCD) will help ensure the overall success of success of CHAI’s portfolio of projects in Cambodia. The DCD will share strategic and operational responsibilities with the Country Director (CD), holding responsibility for ensuring the effective operations of the 50-plus person team, shaping the future direction of CHAI’s support to and partnership with the government of Cambodia. The DCD will support the vision, strategy, coordination, and management over a broad range of life-saving health programs. The DCD will also help represent the office in liaising with CHAI headquarters and global teams, as well as with donors and in-country partners. The DCD will also support fundraising and manage office administration, including financial management and human resources.
