TERMS OF REFERENCE
Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) is a non-profit organization established in January 2004 to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of the microfinance sector in Cambodia. Currently, CMA has more than 100 members operating across 25 provinces in Cambodia and serving around 2 million households.
The Executive Director (ED) is the most senior position of CMA and reports to the Chairman and Board of Director. ED is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement toward its mission and vision, and for the operational and financial sustainability of CMA. ED is principle manager of CMA Fund.
1- If you are interested and determined, send your motivation letter (not more than three pages) highlighting your vision and aspiration for the future and the quality you have to running an organization that represents 100 financial institutions that collectively provide financial services to millions of Cambodian households. Please provide most updated CV with 3 references via information provided below.
2- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further oral discussion by selection panel.
3- The deadline of receiving applications is 25th January 2019 by 17:00.
