GNO Regional Grants Support Manager

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

The post-holder supports Germany National Office (GNO) in overall project management and implementation with special focus on grants, finance and compliance related issues in the Asia Hub. She/he provides on the spot finance and compliance support to Plan Germany funded programs in Asia Hub. She/he also provides capacity building for Country Offices (COs) staff and implementing partners related to Plan Germany and donor compliance (especially EU, DEVCO, ECHO, BMZ, GFFO).  

Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Specialist

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

The MER Specialist is responsible for providing technical leadership and capacity building in monitoring, evaluation and research for all of Plan International Cambodia and its implementing partners. This entails ensuring that there are effective monitoring, evaluation and research tools and frameworks for all Plan International Cambodia’s programs which allow outputs, outcomes and impact to be monitored and measured. He / she will ensure that Plan International Cambodia’s MER activities reflect best practice, support the achievement of the CS goals and are aligned with the Program and Influencing Quality Policy and Standards (PIQP) and Plan International’s Global Approach to Program and Influencing (GAPI).  

Communication Intern

(This position is six-month duration contract based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

The Communications Intern assists with Plan International Cambodia’s growing social media platforms and support the Communications Department with documentation, photos and video production and media bank coordination.
