  The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Cambodia would like to invite all interested qualified/eligible applicants to apply for the vacancy below:   Head of Programme Support OHCHR Cambodia   Organizational Unit: Programme Support Unit Contract Type & Level: Fixed Term Appointment, NO-B (National Post) Duty Station: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Main Requirement: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. A first-level degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advance university degree. 2 years of professional experience at the national or international level in the management of operations and administration systems, as well as fluency in English and Khmer are required. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web-based management systems is also required.   Summary of Key Functions: • Overall direction of programme support at OHCHR-Cambodia • Management of financial resources and supervision of the finance and budget personnel • Management of human resources and supervision of the human resource personnel • Efficient procurement, logistical, security and other general services, including ICT, and supervision of related personnel • Facilitation of knowledge-building and knowledge-sharing.   Applications will be received through the UNDP online platform.
