Palladium is seeking a Phnom Penh-based Health Financing Advisor to be embedded staff in the Cambodia Ministry of Economics and Finance (MoEF) under the USAID-funded Health Policy Plus Project to provide technical assistance and analytical capacity to support health finance reforms including social protection and insurance reforms and support to mobilize sustained domestic financing for HIV/AIDS.
