Job Announcement


Responsibilities
1. HR & Admin (2 persons / Phnom Penh)
• Responsible for employee attendance, archives management;
• Base on human resource requirements, organize various forms of
recruitment, collect recruitment information and assist in recruitment;
• The drafting of general documents and management of administrative and personnel documents;
• Organize various activities of company;
2. Sales Staff (6 persons / Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville)
• Responsible for marketing and promotion, marketing and customer
relationship maintenance;
• New market and new customer’s development, market information
collection and competitor analysis;
• Achieve the sales target assigned by the company;

Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above, major in technology, management, electrical engineering and so on;
• Experience in power system is preferred;
• Listening, speaking and writing of Cambodian and English must be good, know Chinese language is much better;
• Adapt to Chinese enterprise culture, accept for short-term business trip, driver’s license is preferred;
HR & Admin
• HR experience 2 years, enterprise administrative assistant 1 year;
• Good computer skills, such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Ability to prepare statistical reports, written reports, assist country
manager to manage local team;
Sales Staff
• Local sales experience related with power and electrical industry for 2 years at least;
• Sales experience in low voltage products, building electrical products, power system, industry zone electrical products, solar power plant is preferred;
