The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Cambodia Country Office, is seeking to hire a qualified individual contractor to support the Child Protection team in finalising the Violence against Children Action Plan
Scope of Work • Provide technical support to members of the technical working groups and the steering committee on violence against children to finalize the Action Plan on Violence against Children • Develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, which will include the reporting regime and tools to enable the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC) to fulfil its functions in this area • Support the launch of the Action Plan on Violence against Children anticipated to be held in March/April 2016 • In collaboration with the Steering Committee on Violence against Children, support the development of the Terms of Reference for a consultancy to develop a communication strategy addressing Violence against Children in homes, schools and communities
Duration of Contract: 84 days over 4 months between 1 March and 30 June 2016
