Belt Road Capital Management (BRCM) is a private equity investment manager focused on the Greater Mekong Sub-Region. We invest in Real Estate and promising small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to support the achievement of strategic goals, facilitate sustainable growth and expand access to markets.   As we are now rapidly expanding, BRCM is seeking Investment professionals for various positions to join the team with investment focus on SMEs, Real Estate and Infrastructure industry. As a member of our investment and consulting team, you will support the origination and execution of investments in Southeast Asia, including providing sector-wide advisory and consulting services. The role will be based in Phnom Penh with occasional travel.   Position 1: Investment Associate   Main Duties and Responsibilities: • The associate will report and work closely to the Senior Investment Officers and all members of investment and consulting team • Conduct market research, screen potential investment targets and analyze potential investees, including financial analysis and valuation • Assist the Senior Investment Officers in due diligence, with ad hoc financial analysis and financial modeling on transactions • Support the writing of investment memos and research reports for the investment team • Asist investment research in various sectors, including conducting primary and secondary research to support consulting engagements • Develop a thorough understanding of local business markets and generate deal ideas in collaboration with the team   Other Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or related field, MBA or CFA designation an advantage • Associate level with three years plus relevant work experience • Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel (including financial modelling) • Previous experience in real estate sector is a plus • Excellent English with Chinese language as an advantage • Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly • Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems • Passion for finance, investment and consulting   Position 2: Investment Analyst   Main Duties and Responsibilities: • The analyst will report and work closely to the Senior Investment Officers and all members of investment and consulting team • Conduct market research, screen potential investment targets and analyse potential investees, including financial analysis and valuation • Assist the Senior Investment Officers in due diligence, with ad hoc financial analysis and financial modelling on transactions • Support the writing of investment memos and research reports for the investment team • Asist investment research in various sectors, including conducting primary and secondary research to support consulting engagements • Develop a thorough understanding of local business markets and generate deal ideas in collaboration with the team   Other Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or related field, MBA or CFA designation an advantage • Fresh graduate or Entry level with at least one-year experience • Strong analytical and technical skills in excel (including financial modelling) • Excellent English with Chinese language as an advantage • Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mind-set • Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly • Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems • Passion for finance, investment and consulting   Interested Candidates please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected] Application Deadline: 30th June 2018
