Invitation to register to bid
KrisEnergy (Apsara) Company Limited (KEACL) Cambodia, intend to contract a fuel supplier who can supply a minimum of 550,000 liter 650,000 liters of high speed diesel per month and up to a maximum of 1,000,000 liters to support the oil producing assets and the ancillary boats and services which allow logistics and transport of personnel and goods to and from their offshore asset/s in Cambodia. The requirement must be met primarily from a fuel loading jetty that can supply a minimum rate of high quality marine gas oil (MGO) of 50m3/hour to KEACL supply boats and fast crew change boats through jetty piping and must hold a minimum stock of 200,000 liters at all times. This primary means of supply must be available by the 1st October 2020. The priority is and always will be that marine fuel is delivered in a timely manner using expert crews ensuring operational performance while never compromising the highest levels of safety and environmental standards. Expertise and capabilities in managing the physical supply of fuel through results in an understanding of local operating logistics and requirements.
