  The World Bank’s Social Accountability and Service Delivery Trust Fund (SASD-TF) provides financial support to both Supply side (NCDDS) and Demand side (World Vision International) to implement the Implementation of Social Accountability Framework Phase II (I-SAF-II) 2019-2023. The World Bank is looking for a qualified Cambodian candidate to fulfill the position of ISAF CSO Coordinator.   The Coordinator will be under supervision of World Bank Trust Fund Task Team Leader and s/he will:   ● Ensure all CSOs involved in the Demand-side implementation of I-SAF are working in consultation and collaboration among all CSOs involved in the implementation of inclusive ISAF ● Facilitate communication and coordination between CSOs and the NCDDS ● Coordinate and support demand side to explore innovative approaches to implement I-SAF II, especially in the context of Covid 19 ● Support the demand side for capacity development and learning events to I-SAF implementors and related stakeholders ● Collect and consolidate the monitoring and evaluation data from all CSOs and use it to develop semi-annual reports and annual reports   Qualifications   ● Advanced university degree in development, political science or related field. ● At least 5 years of experience working with relevant international and/or local CSOs and/or government departments, preferably in Cambodia. ● Knowledge and experience on social accountability, decentralization and governance programs. ● Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required. ● Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.   Duration of assignment:   The duration of the assignment will be initially for 50 working days spread across the period of August 1, 2021 to June 25, 2022 with possibility of increasing up to 150 days depending consultant performance.   Deadline of application:   Interested applicants may request a full term of reference from and submit their CV and cover letter to Ms. Maly Prak, Program Assistant, [email protected], Closing date: June 25, 2021.
