University of Health Sciences (UHS) and Japan Anti-TB Association (JATA) jointly establish a Medical Diagnostic Center which is located in the UHS campus. The Medical Diagnostic Center is the first modern and best quality of medical analyzing and diagnosis for health services in Cambodia. The center provides high quality medical services including health checkup, laboratory tests and other medical examinations, and outreach services for patients and general people, in addition to education, training and researches. The center is seeking competent medical staff to join our team as follows:
1. Position: Deputy Director of Center Job duties 1. Lead medical teams of the Center including medical checkup and laboratory examinations 2. Organize teams for quality medical services and maintains staff by recruiting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; (HR development/ management) 3. Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and by developing and enforcing policies and procedures. (target management) 4. Establish strategic targets by gathering information on pertinent medical services; evaluating trends and options; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes. (Planning, monitoring and evaluation of the project) 5. Maintain quality medical services by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; (quality service management) 6. Teach junior doctors and medical students, as well as conduct research. (education and research) 7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. (team management) 8. Qualification - UHS Government staff * - Medical Biologist with Medical Doctor Degree. - Female or Male - Age: 20-60 y - Honest, ethical and pleasant personality. - At least 5 year experience in Paraclinic management, include medical laboratory and medical imagery experience. - Fluent English or French - Computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, PPT ) - Flexible, smart, willing to learn new skills and team working.
2. Position: Medical Doctor Job duties 1. Examine and provide medical advice to clients to diagnose their medical conditions 2. Carry out medical examinations (laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging including CT scan, echography and chest radiography etc.) 3. Have ability to Instruct and train other healthcare professionals 4. Work with other doctors and other healthcare professionals as part of a team, 5. Liaise with other medical and non-medical staff in the Centre to ensure the quality of services 6. Promote health education 7. Teach junior doctors and medical students, as well as conduct research 8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. (team management) 9. Qualification - At least graduated in medical doctor, - Fluent English or French - Female or Male - Age: 20-60 y - Experience in medical diagnosis by laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging including CT scan, echography and chest radiography, experience more than 5 years, - Computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, PPT ) - Flexible in working, smart, willing to learn new skills and team working
3. Position: Chief of Laboratory Unit Job duties 1. Manage the technical supervisor, general supervisor of the laboratory 2. Identify roll and responsibility of laboratory personnel, 3. Develop strategic and action plant of laboratory 4. Manage equipment, consumable, reagent and human resources, information system to ensure the laboratory runs smoothly 5. Ensure that testing systems developed and used for each of the tests performed in the laboratory provide quality laboratory services for all aspects of test performance, which includes the pre analytic, analytic, and post analytic phases of testing; 6. Provide a safe environment in which employees are protected from physical, chemical, and biological hazards; 7. Write and verification SOP used are adequate to determine the accuracy, precision, and other performance of the method 8. Ensure that the quality control and quality assessment programs are established and maintained to assure the quality of laboratory services provided and to identify failures in quality as they occur 9. Ensure that reports of test results include pertinent information required for interpretation; and resolve technical problems, if any before release result to client 10. Liaison with external and maintain good relationship with the partner hospital laboratory to provide services 11. Take a leading role in laboratory staff management and provide technical instructions to staff 12. Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality 13. Full time on duty
Qualification - UHS Government staff * - Medical doctor or Phar. Degree - Age: 20-60 years of age - At least 7 years Experience in Biological laboratory - Computer skills including Microsoft office and internet - Flexible, smart, willing to learn new skills and work in team. - Honest, ethical and pleasant personality. - Good interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills. - Responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline
4. Position: Senior Laboratory Technician Job duties 1. Develop and review SOPs for using in the laboratory 2. Compile SOPs methods used and care for all materiel and equipment in the laboratory 3. Analyze samples and control the results of analyze in accordance with SOP stated in the laboratory before release to the client 4. Monitor the implementation of the laboratory maintenance (Monitoring the repair, records implementation, procedures...) 5. Help to laboratory chief to monitoring, explaining, and training of good practice for Biosafety and other technical methods as set in the SOP to those who work in the laboratory 6. Participate in quality assurance system including IQC and EQA with other laboratory when the laboratory is registered 7. Work to help the laboratory become as a center to meet an international standard. 8. Make inventory and estimates material requirements, reagents regarding the annual plan 9. Monitor internship in the laboratory 10. Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality 11. Full time on duty
Qualification - Pharmacist or lab technician - Female or Male - Age: 20-60 y - At least 5 years experience in medical laboratory - Computer skills including Microsoft office and internet - Flexible, smart, willing to learn new skills and work in team. - Honest, ethical and pleasant personality.
5. Position: Senior Nurse Job duties 1. Take a leading role in providing medical services such as blood taking, ECG testing, and other examinations. 2. Manage other nurses and provide technical instructions 3. Assist medical doctors and other health professionals 4. Teach students, as well as conduct research 5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. (team management) 6. Collect Samples 7. Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality 8. Full time on duty
Qualification - Nursing degree, - Female or Male - Age: 20-35 y - Fluent English, - Computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, PPT ) - Flexible in working, smart, willing to learn new skills and team working - Experience in nursing management in hospital/clinic more than 5 years
6. Position: X-Ray technician Job duties 1. Take lead in providing x-ray service for center’s clients 2. Compile SOP used for all materiel and equipment in the x-ray unit 3. Work as a team in X-ray unit 4. Maintain the X-ray material by regular contact with X-ray supplier 5. Join as a team to provide mobile x-ray service to the fields
