| Duties & Responsibilities |
- Assist in CFO’s works
- Monitor & direct strategic business plan
- Review on accounting department
- Lead as key point of contact for matters
- Ensure the comply with law/regulation
- Understand and mitigate key bank’s risk
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting or financial information
- Other task assigned by management

- Provide legal support to bank’s business
- Representing the Bank as a lawyer
- Review/draft loan contracts and security documentation or other law documents
- Explain the law and give general advice
- Representing the Bank as a lawyer and attending court hearing
- Follow up the litigation files
- Other task assigned by management

| Requirements |
- ACCA/CPA certificate is a must
- Over 3yearsworking experience in same field & role
- Strong communication & leadership skill
- Can do attitude under pressure
|
- Master degree in Law, preferably specialized in Banking
- Member of Cambodia Bar Association is a must
- Over 3yearsworking experience in same field & role
- Strong communication & leadership skill
