Plan International Cambodia is looking for a qualified candidate/consultant for the position/project below.
Plan International Cambodia is currently preparing to implement an exciting 5-years Girl Lead Program that empowers girls and young women to learn, share, create, and lead efforts to promote social development and gender equality in Cambodia with enabling support from boys, young men, families, schools, communities, and government.
The Girl Lead Program Manager ensures programmatic management including reporting, monitoring, capacity building of associations and movements of girls and young women for citizen participation, advocacy, communication, administration and the project logistics.
The consultant is required to design affordable and accessible technology that is usable in extremely challenging areas and an appropriate model for sludge management. The proposed technology should be designed to ensure that work is coordinated with Provincial Departments of Rural Development (PDRDs) and Implementing Partners of the project (IPs). Applicants are expected to build in opportunities to link to the work of the Learning and Documentation Grant and the work of other IPs. Please see the details in the TOR.
