Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) was established in 1939 and is the humanitarian solidarity organization of the labor movement working in Norway and in more than 30 other countries in the world.   NPA Office in Cambodia is seeking qualified Cambodian national applicants for the following positions to base in Phnom Penh.   1. Programme Manager Department of Development and Humanitarian Cooperation (DHC)   Role Overview Programme Manager (PM) is responsible for the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA)’ Development and Humanitarian Cooperation (DHC) in Cambodia. The DHC is implement through partnership with Local NGOs with the aim to support and promote just resource distribution, democracy, human right development and emergency aid response. The PM report directly to the Country Director, and reports thematically to Geographical Advisor based in NPA Department of Development and Humanitarian Cooperation (DHC) at Head Office (HO) in Oslo. The planning and implementation of the programme is carried out in coordination with the country programme management team, and under the overall responsibility of the Country Director.   2. Finance Manager   Role Overview The Finance Manager (FM) is the head of Finance Department of NPA-Cambodia Office.
