  Plan is an international humanitarian child-centred community development (CCCD) organisation, without religious, political or government affiliation and is one of the oldest and largest international development agencies in the world and is active over 70 countries. Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions as below:  
Grants Coordinator (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will be responsible for coordinating grants administration, donor compliance, and knowledge management for all assigned grants. S/he will be the focal point among Plan International Cambodia departments, National Offices, donors, and other Plan and external entities regarding the grants within a large and complex grants portfolio. S/he will also ensure the smooth delivery of Plan’s internal grants procedures, donor reporting, audit process, and knowledge management.  
Program Support Officer for WASH and Nutrition (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Ratanak Kiri)
  S/he will monitor and coordinate projects for the assigned sectoral area by working with Program Officers based in the Program Units (PUs), local NGO partners, Community Based organizations (CBOs) and government partners to ensure effective project cycle management in line with the Program and Influence approach and donor reporting requirements and to ensure that all project activities and outputs are delivered and achieved within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the approved budget and work plan.  
Field Logistics and Procurement Officer (3 Positions) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Ratanak Kiri (01), Siem Reap (01), and Stung Treng (01)
  S/he will provide general logistics services to the Programme Unit (PU) including the management of procurement, optimal and efficient use of resources, maintenance and safekeeping of expendable and non-expendable/fixed assets as well as administrative related matters and ensures the safety and security of all staff and visitors.  
Partner Finance Coordinator (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will review and monitor all partner’s budgets, expenditures, reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with Plan financial policy/procedures and donors requirements. S/he liaises with project staff on issues related to partner management and conducts partner financial assessments and quarterly financial reviews as well as partner financial capacity building.  
Field Finance Assistant (2 Positions) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Ratanak Kiri (01), and Stung Treng (01))
  S/he will provide financial and accounting services to Plan International Cambodia’s staff at Program Unit and to ensure timely and reliable financial services in accordance with the Operation Manual and other approved policies and procedures.  
Finance Officer-Treasury (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will provide treasury and Intercompany management. S/he will be responsible for Bank Management-- Monthly Cash flow and Fund Request, Bank Reconciliation and target bank balance. S/he will keep up to date the fund receipt record from donor (when received at bank), upload non-cash transaction in SAP- Income, Intercompany recharge, adjustment etc.  
Project Budgeting and Reporting Officer-School Feeding Program (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Siem Reap)
  S/he will produce and monitor assigned grants budgets, expenditure and reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with the Plan International Operations Manual and donor requirements.
