Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Siem Reap or Preah Vihear Province

General Description:
To ensure the implementation of excellent Human Resource Management (HRM) practices as provided through the Human Resource Department ( HR Dept.) including being the HR administration service provider and business partner to the senior managers. The position will facilitate the recruitment, staff development, staff well-being, staff performance management, and staff retention of the right people to serve in our ministry. Each Human Resource Officer will be response for two provinces.

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2. At least 3 years broad Human Resource experience
3. Strongly experience in coordination, facilitation, follow up, monitor, organizational and logistics planning skills, demonstrating high degree of initiative, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.

Position: Project Assistant
Location: Humanitarian and Emergency Affair Program, Phnom Penh

General Description:
To assist on managing and coordinating the Humanitarian Accountabilities Network (HANet) in Cambodia, the person will assist to lead HANet Cambodia to make sure that the most vulnerable populations affected by natural and/or human-made disasters in Cambodia, have hull rights to access the humanitarian assistance with international standards in an effective and accountable manner.

1. Bachelor degree or equivalence in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration or Socio science or relevant degrees.
2. At least one year experience in disaster/emergency work
3. Experiences in administration work

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Kampong Chhnang

General Description:
The position was established to oversee both program/project implementation teams and Team Leader for Operations supports at the provincial level. On the program side, the Operations Manager oversees from 4-6 Area Development Programs and sector projects in various districts of the province.

1. Bachelor of Rural Development, or Business Administration.
2. Four years of relevant professional experience in urban programming, planning, development or poverty issues, of which preferably at least three years within INGOs including in a management, advisory or leadership position.
3. Proven ability to manage, motivate and build capacity of staff
4. Demonstrated experience in program or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Position: Team Leader for Operations Services
Location: Siem Reap, Kompong Thom,Takeo,Preah Vihear

General Description:
The position was established to oversee the Operations Technical Support Teams (OTSTs), including Finance Officer, Administration Officer, Communications Coordinator, Operational Technical Officer (OTO) for Health, OTO for Education, Operational Monitoring Officer (OMO), and CCC, at the provincial level. The Operations Technical Team Leader ensures that the OTSTs provide services to (4-7) Area Development Programs (ADPs) with quality and in alignment with guideline and policies.

1. Bachelor in Business Administration or urban/rural community development
2. Minimum of 4 years in leadership and management of multi-sectored community-based development programming
3. Sound experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing
4. Proven ability to manage, motivate and build capacity of staff
5. Able to communicate very well in English both verbal and written
6. Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of WVC.

Position: Area Development Program Manager

General Description
• To provide overall leadership and management for the area development program in accordance with relevant World Vision strategies (e.g. National and Secondary), policies (e.g. Transformational Development, Child Sponsorship) and frameworks (e.g. Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning (LEAP))
• To effectively represent and model World Vision’s mission, vision, core values and identity through good relationships and networks with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including staff, community groups, local church, local leaders, government departments and other NGOs.

1. Bachelor of Business Management or Rural Development.
2. Minimum 2 years of appropriate professional experience in management and leadership of a comparable community development program/project.
3. Experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.

Position: Sponsorship Officer for Sponsor Relations
Location: Phnom Penh

General Description
To lead and achieve Sponsorship Integrity as well as quality assurance in sponsorship business processes of WVC child sponsorship programme toward Sponsorship of Excellence with a good teamwork environment which consistently meets and exceeds WV Partnership standards especially SPON 2.0.

1. Bachelor of Management / Business Administration
2. At least 2 years experience in Sponsorship Business and systems
3. Experience of working with children in a development context is a plus
4. Experience in coordination, networking staffs and other stakeholder
5. High-level computer skills and understanding.
6. High level English communications kills
7. Experience working in cross-cultural work environments
8. Frequent travel outside of Phnom Penh
