Cardno supports the implementation of the Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program (CAVAC) on behalf of the Australian Government. CAVAC works to increase the productivity and incomes of small farmers and trade in milled rice and other crops by strengthening market systems and investing in irrigation infrastructure. The Productivity and Diversification Component contributes towards these goals by working with the private sector and others to improve their service delivery to farmers.

 

CAVAC is seeking a company with experience developing mobile applications. The firm is expected to deliver a user friendly, responsive, mobile application in online and offline mode for farmers. Once completed, the firm will hand over documentation and source code and train the partner staff on how to operate and manage the application.
