About the role: The Operations Director is a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and is responsible for leading our country-wide service delivery operations. The Operations Director will bring modern business approaches, effective management and innovation to achieve financial sustainability and continuous growth in results across the service delivery network. This position will work collaboratively with other SMT members to achieve MSIC’s objectives.
Key responsibilities will include: ♦ Successful development and delivery of business operations to reach both service and financial growth targets; ♦ Develop and implement continuous improvement work plans for current business operations to ensure sustainability and effective performance; ♦ Develop and implement new business models, in line with the strategic goals identified as part of the 3-5 year pipeline; ♦ Develop and maintain clear work plans across the business network with a focus on growth and sustainability; ♦ With the medical team support, ensure high quality standards maintained and high client satisfaction is achieved; ♦ Provide the leadership and guidance to the operations team that enhances individual and team productivity;
Skills and Experiences: ♦ University Degree in Business or related subject ♦ Proven experience in successful implementing business plans and growth strategies, keeping teams focused on critical milestones and consistently achieving results ♦ Senior experience managing operations with full Profit and Loss accountability ♦ Entrepreneurial, business-oriented, forward-thinking with the ability to identify opportunities ♦ NGO experience not required, Private Sector experience is desirable ♦ Fluent English and Khmer both oral and written
